I was thinking about how nice it is to be able to have friends that are close by and local... the ones you can have a cup of coffee with... as well as those who are on the other side of the globe.
Prior to the internet, our sphere of influence was so limited... remember that "seven degrees of separation" theory? I wonder how the World Wide Web would affect that one. I never did see the movie. Anyone wanna send me a copy?
